Weekend in Tampa

We just got home from a quick weekend in Tampa!  We left Friday after work and spent yesterday with family and friends.  We celebrated my sweet uncle's 60th birthday last night.  His actual birthday is Saturday but he will be dove hunting in Argentina, so we celebrated early.  It was amazing to see the span of friends from his childhood, college and beyond, show up to celebrate.   

Happy birthday Uncle L!  We love you :)

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day to all!  I was out of town Thursday through yesterday and had no Valentine's plans when I left.  My sweet hubby surprised me with this when I returned yesterday!

We also went out to a yummy dinner at Macaroni Grill last night.  Thanks sweet Will for such a nice night :)  Here's how Brock and I are spending our day ... 

And finally, our Valentine's Day card!  We were going to do Christmas, but I was still writing thank-you notes from our wedding, so the cards got pushed back.  I am happy though because I LOVE them!  Hope everyone has a great day!

Blogger

I decided to give blogging a go!  A lot has changed in the last few months and I thought this might be a fun way to remember everything.  First, we got engaged.  This happened April 2, Easter weekend.  It was the best proposal ever and I was NOT expecting it to happen the night it did.  Then, Will and I graduated in May.  Will received a job offer and was placed in Florida.  Fast forward a few months to our wedding (November 27) and we are now living in Orlando, Florida.  I would love to post pictures as I go, but I don't know how to yet, so they're below.  Although Will has a job, I am currently searching for one and it's N-O-T fun.  I have been applying and praying, so fingers crossed for me!  Check out the pictures :)
