Update ...

... on Brock's SPCA procedure.  If you remember me talking about Brock's procedure then you remember me saying how disappointed we were with the whole thing.  What I didn't tell you was that Will filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and sent plenty of emails to different people on the board of the SPCA.  He was NOT happy about how things were handled and wanted to make sure a lot of people knew (besides me).  Sure enough, his complaint was heard and he got the money for the second half of the procedure back.  He was very happy!  The SPCA's response to the claim was somewhat rude but Will is more than happy to have been heard.  Happy hubby here :)
